This club was established in the early 1960's. The OApBA is a regional Appaloosa club for the state of Oregon and registered with the Appaloosa Horse Club in Moscow, Idaho. Even though we are an ApHC affiliated club, our goal is to promote all breeds of equines. Through our show award program we encourage sportsmanship, horsemanship and the humane treatment of all animals.

Our show award program is open to all ages of exhibitors and equines. We have a monthly club meeting in which everyone is welcome to attend and a yearly awards banquet.
